How can I tell if a pokemon card pack was preopened?
I’m not for sure but I think a comic book shop may have jewed me.I baught 6 oldschool packs of pokemon cards. 3 first edition gym heroes and 3 regular base set and only pulled one holo.Which was a first edition holographic blaines arcanine so I did still get my moneys worth. However, there is something suspicious looking about the top part of the foil like it may have been tampered with.I could be wrong though it just looks slightly more pressed in and has a different tint.

Nah their isn’t any tears, but I’m sure they wouldn’t have glued it back because that way to obvious. It looks like if it would of been opened it was vacuum sealed back together.
Im not sure if it has been opened but I would just want to point out that your are not guaranteed to get rares in a card pack. You can get all commons or all rares its all random. To check if it has been opened look for small clues like if there is a small tear that has been re-glued.
