How do you stop yourself from bragging?
I analysed myself and I realised that I brag a lot more than others. I’m trying to improve myself. Any ideas on how I could stop myself from bragging?
First think about why you brag.
You brag to compensate for insecurities that you have. We all do.
Next time you start bragging, think about that and instead substitute it with a compliment for the other person.
There is no reason to be insecure, since we are generally all alike. And eventually we all die and except for a few, we will all be forgotten and no one will care how rich, good-looking, or popular we are.
